- The purpose of this modification is to extend the closing date to July 26, 2011 at 12:00pm. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to psb3@bpd.treas.gov no later than 2:00 p.m. ET on July 19, 2011 and must state "BPD-CFP-11-CI-0007 AZ" in the subject line. We cannot assure an answer to questions submitted after this deadline. Any questions and/or comments received are not considered proprietary and will not be protected by the Government. The Government would also like to clarify our answer to #15 in the Q&A Mod 1. Please confirm that comingled data sets will not include identity of the borrower, property address...." The Government answer was literal: the datasets the Government may use in conjunction with the contracted dataset may have those fields. BUT, if the Government were to comingle the datasets, the Government would not do so with either borrower identity or property address. The Government would isolate those fields in the other dataset and remove them before using the procured dataset.
