- Naval Sea Systems Command, Program Executive Office Littoral Combat Ships (PEO LCS), intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over a five year period under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-11-G-6315 with ITT Corporation, 430 W 5th Street, Suite 600, Panama City, FL 32401. This will allow for the supplies and services to inspect, disassemble, overhaul, repair and engineering changes necessary to inspect, repair, refurbish the MK 105 Magnetic Minesweeping and Organic Airborne and Surface Influence System (OASIS). Orders will be issued pursuit to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c )(1). ITT Corporation is the sole designer, developer, producer and supplier of the Magnetic Minesweeper System MK 105 and the OASIS. ITT Corporation is the only source with the in-depth technical knowledge and equipment required to satisfactory perform the work under the orders contemplated herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and necessary resources to provide the supplies and services required. The estimated period of performance is August 2011 through July 2016. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact ITT Corporation directly. See Numbered Note 22.
