- Keystone Job Corps RFQ for Optometry Services Management & Training Corporation is requestiong bids for Optometry Services for the Keystone Job Corps Center. Services to be provided are outlined in the scope of work. All bids must be received no later than 3:00 PM on July 29, 2011 Your response must be mailed or delivered to: Frances J.
