- End Item Application: LBA - AH-64-D LONGBO; NSN: 6680-01-546-7833. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Accelerometer, Electrical, Linear. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. This is a 3Q item, the authorized source is: DYTRAN INSTRUMENTS, INC., CAGE: 2W033, P/N 3077A. This is a critical application item. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement utilizing other than full and open competition. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base Year EAD: 384 each, Option Year EAD: 384 each. Delivery: 72 Days ARO; FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about July 26, 2011. The anticipated award date is November 28, 2011. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
