- Description
- The BLM National Interagency Fire Center, Office of Law Enforcement and Security (OLES) has a requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to be setup with local transcription companies. The contractor shall transcribe from audio recordings and provide one full document, one consolidated version of the transcript with four pages consolidated on one page, and an electronic version of the transcript. Contractor shall be State Certified/licensed or be a Registered Merit Reporter (RMR) or better.
