- The Bureau of Land Management, National Interagency Fire Center has a requirement for a BPA setup for Transcription Services from local vendors. Firm, fixed-price offers shall be requested under Request for Quotations (RFQ) No. L11PS00853 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation package will be posted on or about July 13, 2011, thereafter, the full solicitation package may be accessed via link to this synopsis at www.fedbizopps.gov, or directly at http://www.fedconnect.net. This is a total Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561410, Document Preparation Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.0 million.
