- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Shane Jackson, Contracting Officer, via email shane.d.jackson@us.army.mil, or Fax 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Test Set Subassembl; PRON: D11A6013D1, NSN: 6625-01-513-2700, PN: 7067-1143-000, Quantity: 57 each minimum/ 107 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the General Purpose Test Equipment (TD). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Contractor-Tested First Article is required. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 57 each, 275 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 145 DACA. This item is restricted to Aeroflex Wichita, Inc. Cage Code 51190, because this part is a commercial/non-developmental/off-the-shelf item. As such, it is now governed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) rules. Only FAA qualified sources are listed. Other prospective sources must qualify through the FAA under the Part Manufacturer Approval. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
