- Description
- Department of the Army, intends to award a sole source for a commercial purchase of Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System-III to the DRS Technical Services, Inc. This product will connect with existing system installed by DRS at Fort Jackson. This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1 and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements can submit related documentation. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. If no written responses are received at least (5) days after the publication of this special notice, the contract will be awarded without further notice. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561621 and the SBA size standard is $12.5M.
