As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. There will be a MANDATORY site visit on July 20, 2011 at the SLAC campus in Menlo Park, CA. RSBPs for this mandatory site visiti are due no kater than July 18 2011 1:00PM PDT, along with a list of attendees. SLAC compus meeting room and time will be provided upon RSVP. Additional attachments for this Request for Qualifications are accessible on the SLAC network system.
