- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure XCOM IQC4110 Dual Channel Wideband RF Capture and Storage System for Tektronix RSA6000 and RSA5000 Signal Analyzer up to 110MHZ Bandwidth, Advanced Feature Set (Trig/Mark/Time) including SAS and eSATA Interfaces; Includes removable solid state disk drives for signal capture and storage, 1 TeraByte per Channel (1 EA). The services will be procured on a sole source basis from X-Com Systems, LLC, 12345-B Sunrise Valley Dr., Reston, VA 20191-3418 as the only service provider capable of meeting the Government ™s minimum requirements. Please include any shipping/freight costs for FOB Destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6220 Tisdale Road, Suite 159, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.ccr.gov. A formal request for quote will not be issued as all items are identified in this synopsis. Quote is due 18 July 2011, no later than 12:00 p.m. (local NSWCDD time) with an anticipated award date by 25 July 2011.
