- Request for Quote for FSC 8010 - Epoxy Repair Kit for Stock GSA, FAS intends to establish a " not to exceed " one year Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for National Stock Number 8010-01-060-7176. The SPQ period will be 7/18/2011 (or date of award) to 7/17/2012 (or one year from the start date). Offers for this SPQ are to be both FOB Destination for GSA Depots and FOB origin for direct delivery orders, with a requested 30-day delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center stock orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and delivery.
