- The Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) (WVA) intends to negotiate a on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 with the Arsenal Business & Technology Partnership, 44 Dalliba Avenue, Watervliet, NY 12189 a no cost facilities use contract for services as site manager at Watervliet Arsenal located in Watervliet, NY. Contract will consist of a base year and four one-year options. This requirement was previously synopsized (request for information) on 18 March 2011.
