- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole-source delivery order to Raytheon Company, 2000 East El Segundo Boulevard, El Segundo, CA 90245 under BOA N00019-10-G-0006 to incorporate Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 0035 Step 1 Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) Motion Compensation software improvement for Electro-Optical (EO) Daylight Operations Improvement as a retrofit to existing Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) pods. This effort includes all activities associated with the EIS Motion Compensation Retrofit production effort. Raytheon is the original designer and integrator of the ATFLIR pod into the F/A-18 weapon system and, as such, is the only source that possesses all the technical data necessary to incorporate ECP 0035 Step 1 Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) Motion Compensation software improvement in the ATFLIR pod.
