- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office and laboratory space consisting of approximately 4,000 square feet within the city limits of Onalaska, Wisconsin. The space sought coincides with an already existing lease within the area and therefore move and build-out costs at a new location will be taken into consideration. The space should yield between 3,700 and 4,070 BOMA usable square feet with a minimum of 12 vehicle parking spaces. The propose lease is for 5 years. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than January 1, 2012. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Please note that the Government seeks existing commercial space and will only consider new construction as a last resort. The General Services Administration will not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions for this procurement. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
