- THIS OPPORTUNITY IS OPEN TO SMALL BUSINESS ONLY. The USFWS has a need for a Geographical Information System Technician at the San Diego National Wildlife Refuge Complex, Chula Vista, CA (San Diego County). Award will be based on contractor qualifications, past performance and price. Solicitation number F11PS01058 may be viewed via a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov. Prospective bidders will have 30 days from the posting date to respond to this solicitation.
