- Updated offer schedule Changed 1.2.3. From 1.2.3. The Contractor shall notify the Authorized Government Representative of any delays that will cause the Removal/Install of the systems to take over 4 hours. To 1.2.3. Upon the initial inspection/start of system removal for each vehicle, the contractor shall determine the actual number of hours of work required on the particular vehicle; the contractor shall notify the Authorized Government Representative of any apparent conditions which would be a change from the number of hours quoted for the repair of the vehicle. A request from the contractor to add or subtract hours from the quoted amount actually awarded in the contract shall be given to the Authorized Government Representative who shall coordinate with the Contract Administrator to ensure the contract has sufficient funding remaining.
