- SYBASE PRODUCT LIST SYBASE SW RENEWAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2011 Description: Added: Nov 05, 2009 7:44 am This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Parts 12 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation NCNT0000-11-03068 is issued as a request for quotation and is solicited under full and open competition. The NAICs code is 511210. The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Information Systems Division requires a Contractor to provide software license maintenance and support for Sybase products as listed in the attached Statement of Work titled, ‘Sybase Software Maintenance'. Contractor must provide proof of certification to provide services for Sybase software products. Contractor shall provide a price quotation covering one 12 month period for renewal services. Service begins upon award and continues through June 30, 2012. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-53. The provisions and clauses may be downloaded at http://www.acqnet.gov/far. The following provisions and clauses shall apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and there is no addenda to this provision; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, FAR 52.213-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and there is no addenda to this provision; FAR 52.212-4,Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and there is no addenda to this provision; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government shall award a fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and the attached Statement of Work will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) approach, (ii) past performance, and (iii) price. All interested contractors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the CCR website www.ccr.gov and must provide a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications. Interested responsible sources may submit a quotation to NOAA no later than 12 Noon (EST) Monday, July 18, 2011. Responses may be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Shirley L. Johnson at shirley.l.johnson@noaa.gov, or delivered to DOC/NOAA/AGO, 1325 East West Highway, Sta. 11124, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910. Proposals shall be limited to 10 pages, 10 point font, single line spacing, single page printing on 8 ½' x 11' white paper with black ink printing. No attachments (i.e., publications, spiral binder pages) will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make no award and will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the preparation of any proposal response. All questions must be submitted via email to the Specialist no later than 12 Noon, Friday July 15, 2011. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
