- As the result of this Request for Quote, the BLM intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract for herbicide. The Contractor is to have a storage facility located in the Lewistown Montana area that will allow local cooperators access to allocated herbicides during normal business hours Monday through Friday without prior notice. The Contractor is to keep distribution records and to submit them as required by the BLM.
