- Notice Type: Competitive 8(a) (Services) Presolicitation Posted Date: 21 Jul 11 Response Date: 8 Aug 11 This notice serves to announce the intent of the 81ST Contracting Squadron to issue a solicitation for Two (2) FTE Medical Technologist, Sixteen (16) Medical Lab Technician and Two (2) FTE Phlebotomists on a personal services basis at the 81st Medical Group (MG), Keesler Medical Center, Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), Mississippi, also referred to as the "Medical Treatment Facility". The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation and all else necessary to provide this service. The period of performance will be 1 Oct 11 - 30 Sep 12, plus two one-year options for a total performance period not to exceed 42 months. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted with the Solicitation. The solicitation will be uploaded to www.FedBizOpps on or about 21 July 2011. All response should be submitted via email to paul.montgomery.5@us.af.mil or FAX at (228) 377-1806. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to 8(a) concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 621111 and the small business size is $10 Million. The requirement will be solicited as a commercial service using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5. All interested must download the solicitation for FedBizOpps. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation available. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov.
