- The 19th Airlift Wing, Little Rock AFB, AR 72099 intends to issue a competitive request for quote (RFQ) to award a single, Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to acquire Audio/Visual Equipment for Building 314. The Contractor shall provide all components, hardware, software, programming, etc. necessary to deliver a fully functional Automated Control Audio/Visual System in Building 314. This requirement is for a digital, state of the art facility with the highest levels of quality and professional appearance. This system will include, but is not limited to, a fully integrated digital control system in 3 rooms, 20 plasma displays, 2 HD Projection Systems, a secure and unsecure VTC system, touch-panel control stations and/or control software, a PA sytem and all necessary accessories and cables to complete the full installation. The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to deliver, pre-wire and fully install all items in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING ISSUED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE Identified by North American Industry System Classification (NAICS) Code 334310 and a size standard of 750 employees. This office proposes to post solicitation number FA4460-11-T-0061 to the FedBizOpps website (https://www.fbo.gov) on or about 3 Aug 2011. Once the solicitation is issued it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Contract award will be determined using the procedures of FAR Part 12 and 13. All Contractors shall be ORCA registered (http://orca.bpn.gov). All Contractors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY AWARD DATE will make a contractor ineligible for award. Please acknowledge all requirements in proposals. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. At this time, this posting is only an announcement that constitutes public notice of intent to purchase Audio/Visual Equipment for Little Rock AFB. Interested persons may respond to the requirement but THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. Quotes will not be accepted in response to this notice.
