- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation needed to crack and chip seal 7,860 SY of bituminous asphalt. The project will also include bituminous asphalt patch of 150 SF. Project is located in Garfield County, UT at a campground located approximately 15 miles east of Escalante, just past mile market 75 on highway 12. No site visit is scheduled. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237310, with a size standard of $33.5M. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance time is 13 calendar days, estimated to begin July 11, 2011. This procurement is a Total HubZone Set-aside. Competition is limited to eligible SBA Certified Hub Zone concerns. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, Payment Protection is required for contracts greater than $30,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
