- J&A-MRAP ISS PTT This is a sole source action authorizing the issuance of a letter contract to AxleTech International. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement to modify existing double wishbone suspension to creat 55 Suspension Part Task Trainers to support the 91B Military Occupational Specialty (MOS)and inital spares. These Part Task Trainers are required in order to train the 91B mechanics on troubleshooting and maintenance of a safety critical component of the MRAP.
