Ft. (ABOA): 13,392 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 21 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 21 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 21 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: 1) All space must on the 2 nd floor or higher and either be: a) Contiguous on a single floor or b) vertically contiguous on no more than two floors provided an internal stairwell is or will be provided. 2) Column spacing must be no less than 20' O.C. 3) Preference will be given to those buildings that can at a minimum, meet a 20' setback from the offered space to any point accessible by motor vehicles. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
