- Justification & Approval The Western Regional Contracting Office, 9902 Lincoln Street, Tacoma, Washington, 98431, has awarded a sole source contract to Parata Systems, LLC, for Pharmacy Support Maintenance Services, under NAICS code 811219. This requirement is for the Pharmacy Division, General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Fort Leonard Wood, MO 65473. The performance period is 1 Oct 2011 - 30 September 2014. The proposed contract action is for services in which the government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.501(a), Sole Source (including brand name) acquisitions. This Notice of Intent is not a Request for Quotes. No solicitation will be issued as a result of this notice. Additionally, no award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. Parata Systems, LLC, is the manufacturer and the only company that can satisfy the government's requirement. Parata Systems, LLC, has proprietary rights on all hardware and software. Therefore, Parata Systems, LLC, is the only source capable of providing software compatible to work with existing Government-owned equipment. Additionally, Parata Systems, LLC, is the only source capable of providing OEM manufacturer repair parts. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by 1000 CST, 22 July 2011. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided. Responses will be considered for future requirements.
