- FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT: Tung Chan, 732-427-3721/443-395-6401 The US Army is looking to establish an IFB contact for the OE-254A Antenna group Assembly. The OE-254A is an omni-directional, bi-conical antenna designed for broadband operation with dual frequency band capability operating from 30-88 MHz and 225-450 MHz simultaneously without interference and field adjustment.
