- Description
- The proposed acquisition is for dry cleaning and maintenance services for FPS personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glynco, GA. The proposed contract is for the following dry cleaning services: shirts, pants, jackets, and ties. To be eligible for award, the contractor must provide bi-weekly (twice a week) pickup and delivery services. The proposed Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is for a one year base period with four, one year options. The proposed contract will also include FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services, which permits an extension of the contract for up to six months. P ast performance and price are the proposed evaluation factors that will be used to make an award. The anticipated award date is September 23, 2011. This is a total small business set aside. The solicitation will be made available to interested parties through Federal Business Opportunities, http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All offerors must be submitted to the attention of Fitzia L. Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service, National Protection and Programs Directorate, 701 Market Street, Suite 3200, Philadelphia, PA 19106. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
