- This is a one year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) project with an option for two additional one-year periods. The total of all task orders will not to exceed $3,000,000. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, supplies, and materials (except where Government Furnished Materials are made available) to complete all work. This work includes minor clearing and grubbing, the removal and disposal of culverts, and the installation of culverts. Project sites are located in Coos, Curry, and Douglas Counties, in the Myrtlewood and Umpqua Resource Areas, Coos Bay District, Oregon. Bonds are required: offeror shall submit a bid guarantee in the amount of their offer for the Base Year of the Schedule of Items. Each task order will require: 100% payment bond or payment protection (if the award amount exceeds $30,000 but does not exceed $100,000); and 100% performance bond, regardless of dollar amount. Liability insurance is required after award. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is on or after July 27, 2011. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
