- Please submit with signature to be considered for award. Please see justification for brand name requirement. For reference. This is an RFQ to fulfill the request for one purchase order. All items will be delivered to Fort Carson, Co. Please provide your best delivery time when compeleting the RFQ. The RFQ document signature page must be sumitted to Contracting Officer to be considered for award. This is a brand name requirement, please see attached Sole Source Justification (SSJ). Award will be made based on a best value determination. See attached RFQ for details. For administration purposes award will be made to one vendor. Labeling must be IAW MIL-STD-129.
