- THIS IS A COMPETITIVE 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) will be soliciting proposals to provide Distance Learning Technical Assistance to the Maternal and Child Health Bureau. The purpose of the contract is to: 1. Participate in conference calls with COTR. 2. Provide technical assistance in distance learning technologies to MCH Training Program Networks, MCH Research Network and MCH Work Groups, 3. Provide technical assistance to MCHB staff on distance learning technology. 4. Support the strategic linkage to MCH Training and Research grantees and the broader MCH community through distance learning technology. 5. Develop and implement an evaluation plan for assessing quality content and submit Annual and Final reports intended for MCHB program administrators. This is a new requirement. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541611, "Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services" and the small size dollars 7.0M. This will be a fixed price contract under FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months and four (4) 12 month option periods. A solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available for downloading from this site on or about July 26, 2011. The due date for questions is August 3, 2011 no later than 10:00 am EST.
