- It is essential that Solicitation N4155711RC112FS -SS be resolicited as Solicitation N4155711RC112FS-SS(Rev). The purpose of this revision is to change the delivery days from 30 days to extend delivery to 60 days. All other requirements remain the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155711RC112FS, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 511120 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: Federal Acquistion Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFAR) regulation books compiled by CCH Government Contracts Reporter. Please see below for detail description: CLIN 0001 (Qty 45 to 55 EA) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as of June 30, 2011 or later. Published by CCH, USA CLIN 0002 (Qty 45 to 55 EA) Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFAR) as of June 29, 2011 or later. Published by CCH, USA CLIN 0003 - (1 EA) Shipping directly to Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929 Items should be shipped 60 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to 36th Contracting Squardon, Unit 14040, Bldg. 17000, APO AP, Andersen AFB Guam, 96543-4040. Special attention shall be paid to the ship to address above. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
