- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155711RC098FS, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. The NAICS code is 337124 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001- QTY 1 - Single Pedestal Metal Desk - Black/Walnut TOP, 45-1/4" W x 24" D x 29-1/2" H, 83 Lbs, 30% post-consumer content. --- CLIN 0002- QTY 2 - Double pedestal steel desk w/walnut top, 60''Wx30'' Dx29 ½''H, Steel Double Pedestal Desk Overall Width 30 Inches Includes Lockable Steel Drawers Chrome Plated 1 Inch Square Tubular Steel Legs Leveling Glides Overall Height 29 1/2 Inches Overall Length 60 Inches Base Color Black, Top Color Walnut. CLIN 0003- QTY 3 - 4 drawer lateral file locking cabinet, Three-part, telescoping, steel ball bearing suspension for smooth drawer operation. Drawers include side-to-side hangrails for letter or legal size filing, a full-width radius-style pull and magnetic label holder. Mechanical interlock allows only one drawer to be open at a time. CLIN 0008 - QTY 5 - Sauder - part# 15435, L-Desk 84"x72"x30" or EQUAL ITEM. Note: The desk must be able to be set up on right or left. CLIN 0009 - QTY 2 - Waddell - part# 31653 Large Display Case 42"x12"x73" or EQUAL ITEM. CLIN 0010 - QTY 1 - Mayline - part# 31672 Lateral File 36"x19"x30" sierra cherry finish or EQUAL ITEM. Note: Must have locking system. CLIN 0011 LABOR: REMOVAL OF EXISTING FURNITURE (See Details Below) CLIN 0012LABOR: INSTALLATION OF NEW FURNITURE (See Details Below) The vendor shall be responsible for the following items and MUST include the cost in the quote. 1. Rental of any equipment needed on job site to take items out of and into houses. 2. Unloading / Unpacking of furniture 3. Removal of debris from site to landfill and DRMO 4. Removal of Existing Furniture - Moving existing furniture to DRMO for disposal according to DRMO Requirements 5. Installation of New Furniture - Moving / Set-up of furniture and accessories in rooms 6. Consolidation of Recyclable Material outside of building and transportation to appropriate location as determined by installation. 7. Installer shall meet trucks at the building on base at designated time and date and unload all furniture into building, dust and assemble any pieces requiring assembly (tables, beds, etc.) and conduct final walk-through with customer and get "sign off" for job. 8. Assumption is made that no elevator is available - all items to be brought up exterior / interior stairs or via installer provided lift. Installation crew will do everything possible to work with Government personnel to ensure total satisfaction for the customer. This quote will include installation of new furniture and appliances, removal of old furniture and appliances, disposal of old furniture and appliances to include coordination with landfill and DRMO for turn-in. Please insure that containers are shipped and off loaded properly as to not incur any detention on containers. Vendor will be responsible for payment of any detention incurred. FOB is destination Guam All item measurements are approximate. If "Or Equal" items will be quoted, please submit specifications with the quote. ***ALL SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE TOTAL QUOTE. SHIPMENT IS DIRECT TO GUAM. Items should be shipped no later than 120 days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Andersen AFB, Guam 96929. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
