- Description
- AAC/PKOBD, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for MatLab Maintenance and License Reinstatement to Mathworks, Inc. of Natick, MA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 17 July 2011. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001/0003/0005/0007/0009/0011/0013/0015/0017: (12 MO) MATLAB MAINTENANCE LICENSE #118843, #149224, #160304, #555069, #96370, #554208, #267523, #160306 CLIN 0002/0004/0006/0008/0010/0012/0014/0016/0018: (1 EA) REINSTATEMENT OF LICENSE #118843, #149224, #160304, #555069, #96370, #554208, #267523, #160306 These items must be delivered to: AFRL/RWMF (FUZES) - F1TBAN, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 30 days after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 511210, small business size standard: $25,000,000. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
