- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-11-T-0189 CLIN 0001, 1 EA, HIGH VOLTAGE CABLES, 30 ft First Article 859511 (small) connectors on both ends in accordance with Appendix A, Figure 1, 859511 Drawing and Statement of Work. CLIN 0002, 1 EA. HIGH VOLTAGE CABLE 30 ft First Article 859512 large connector both ends in accordance with Appendix A, Figure 2, 859512 Drawing and Statement of Work. CLIN 0001 and 0002 are for First Articles and must be accepted by NSWC Crane before proceeding with CLINS 0003-0014. Upon the successful acceptance of the First Articles; The following HIGH VOLTAGE CABLES are also required: CLIN 0003, 18 EA 30 ft with small connectors (859511) on both ends, CLIN 0004, 14 EA. 35 ft, with small connectors (859511) on both ends, CLIN 0005, 6 EA. 40 ft with small connectors (859511) on both ends, CLIN 0006, 6 EA. 50 ft with small connectors (859511) on both ends, CLIN 0007, 8 EA. 56 ft with small connectors (859511) on both ends, CLIN 0008, 2 EA. 30 ft with large connectors (859512) on both ends, CLIN 0009, 3 EA. 35 ft with large connectors (859512) on both ends, CLIN 0010, 8 EA. 40 ft with large connectors (859512) on both ends, CLIN 0011, 6 EA. 45 ft with large connectors (859512) on both ends, CLIN 0012, 7 EA. 55 ft with large connectors (859512) on both ends, all CLINS in accordance with Appendix A, Figure 1 and 2, 859511 and 859512 Drawings and Statement of Work. CLIN 0013, 1 EA. Of NRE Mold Tooling for 859511 Small Connector and CLIN 0014, 1 EA. Of NRE Mold Tooling for 859512 Large Connector, all in accordance with SOW and Appendix A Figure 1 and 2 drawing. Delivery is required FOB NSWC Crane, IN 47522 60 days after award of order for First Articles and after acceptance, the remainder of items, 8 weeks AFATA. Final inspection and acceptance will be destination. Quotes that are non-compliant with any material requirement of this solicitation may be rejected without further consideration for award. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of commercial sales warranty provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
