- Presolicitation Notice Draft PWS This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to acquire Security Receptionist Services for 2nd Space Warning Squadron (SWS) on Buckley Air Force Base. The Security Receptionist shall be responsible for providing 24/7 security receptionist services in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Security Receptionists are required to have a Top Secret Security Clearance, (Current SSBI/DCID6/4), at time of contract award. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12; Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, transportation, and services for Security Receptionist support to the 2 SWS at Buckley AFB as required. North American Industrial Classification System Code 561612 and size standard of $18.5 Million. The Period of Performance 1 October 2011 through 30 September 2012 plus one (1) one (1) year option period. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ approximately 1 August 2011 with an anticipated closing dated of 1 September 2011. No paper copies will be issued. Contractor shall propose on all items to be considered responsive. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The anticipated contract award date is on or around 1 October 2011. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
