- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on a competitive basis as a 100 percent small business set aside. The award of a FFP purchase order is anticipated. The requirement is for the development/upgrade of an existing software program. This application is in need of re-coding and revision of a software database. This IT service is in support of The Office of the Judge Advocate General, JAG, under the authority of the Test Program for certain commercial items as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 541512. The standard size is $25 million. The FSC is D307. It is anticipated that the order will be delivered no later than 120 days after award. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by FISC Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office. Upon its release, the solicitation will be issued electronically and will be posted at Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) and can be found at www.neco.navy.mil. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFQ and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for the information received. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released o/a 06 July 2011. The closing date for the receipt of offers will be set forth in the RFQ. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award.
