- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-11-Q-Q888 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48. This RFQ, N00104-11-Q-Q888, is for Digital Signage solution inclusive of installation. The Customer is USJFCOM located at Ft. Eustis, VA 23604. This RFQ is issued as a Self-Restricted small business set-aside; therefore, requesting small business participation. The North American Industrial Classification System number is 334119 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000. Anticipated award will be Firm-Fixed Price FOB destination. Delivery date is 30 days ARO. The vendor shall quote ALL items to be eligible for award. Evaluation will be based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. See attachments for the requirement Pages 1 and 2. Please complete the requirement page as a pricing tool for quote submissions. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS: Contractor s quote is due 5:00 P.M, Eastern, 15 July 2011, and shall be valid for 30 days.
