- Technical and Instructions for Industry Presentation The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Science and Technology Program (S&T), Plant Variety Protection Office (PVPO) is seeking to look at the Market to see if there are Small Businesses who can satisfy this Agency need for the development and deployment of a system that supports the information processing of PVPO and AMS for case management applications. On July 25, 2011, the AMS PVPO will conduct an Industry Day to discuss the subject requirement with Small Business company representatives. Please review the attachment for registration and logistical information related to this posting. The deadline for registration is noon, July 22, 2011, to the e-mail indicated in the attachment. Please Note: - Only registered individuals will be given access to the building - Individuals whom do not have appropriate photo ID will not be cleared by Security. - Registration and any questions must be submitted to the e-mail listed in the attached document. This requirement is determined to be classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541511 "Custom Computer Programming Services:. All Small Vendors are encouraged to respond. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) therefore, proposals will not be accepted. No contracts will result from any submission. The instructions designate an e-mail for responding to this announcement. No telephone communication,nor emails to the contact of this posting will be honored.
