- RFP for SPM8ED-11-R-0015 This solicitation is for a single Fixed Price Contract for 122 Shipping and Storage Containers. The only required item shall be NSN 8150-01-513-6282 (20' x 8' x 8'6" Shipping and Storage Container with doors on both ends.) The containers must be Desert Tan in color and must be stenciled or decaled with the USAU Serial Numbers as required in MIL-HDBK-138B. FOB Destination to: Army Strategic Logistics Activity Charleston (ASLAC) 103 Guidance Road Building 869 Goose Creek, SC 29445 Full delivery is required within 150 days after date of order.
