- Amendment for Site Visit and changing Proposal due date. --------------------------------------------------- 8 July 2011: Uploading Amendment 0001 for a Site Visit and adjusting proposal due date. Site Visit: 14 July 2011 at 11:00am CST Proposals Due: 2 August 2011 at 2:00pm CST Please see amendment for full details. --------------------------------------------------- 29 Jun 2011: Uploading Attachment 8, Evaluation Criteria, as a PDF document. **Solicitation posted 22 June. Proposals due according to date and time in block 8 of Solicitation.** **Period of Performance is 8 months including 45 days for construction and installation. Outage currently anticipated March/April 2012. Awarded Vendor will be notified of the outage date and a notice to proceed will be issued prior to starting work on this portion of the contract** **Funds ARE available.** **Any questions are to be provided in writing to the Contract Specialist listed below no later than 19 July 2011 at 2:00pm CST. All questions and answers will be posted on FBO website for all interested vendors to review.** **It is the responsibility of the vendor to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all of the available information prior to proposal due date and until contract is awarded. Vendors will not be contacted individually when amendments are posted.** ------------------------------------------------------------------- Arnold Air Force Base (AEDC), Tennessee, has a requirement to provide all engineering services, materials, equipment, labor, tools, oil reclamation, transportation, storage, and disposal needed to refurbish and test the ETF No. 2 161kV oil-filled substation transformer at Arnold AFB, Tennessee. This project will be awarded utilizing Past Performance Price Trade-Off. The period of performance is 8 months. Please register as a source to be notified of Request for Proposal (RFP), amendments, etc. when they are posted on FBO. It is the responsibility of the vendor (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all the available information prior to proposal due date and until contract is awarded. Vendors will not be contacted individually when amendments are posted. THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 20 June, 2011. This procurement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. The contract will be awarded utilizing Past Performance Price Tradeoff procedures and will require references for similar type work within the past three years. Please review the solicitation and attachments for all source selection information. After the solicitation is posted, vendors may submit questions in writing via e-mail, fax, or regular mail to the Point of Contract listed below. Funds ARE available for this project however will be available prior to award. Full specification and associated diagrams and or photographs will be provided when the solicitation is posted.
