Description
Project Description WA FS ERFO 091-2003 Tacoma Pass Road FSR 52 Emergency Repairs, Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, Pierce County, Washington. This project consists of 0.119 miles of clearing /grubbing, gravel roadway re-alignment, culvert/ditch improvements, and riprap bank protection. **NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY** WA FS ERFO 091-2003 Tacoma Pass Road FSR 52 Emergency Repair will be solicited to the seven Washington Area 8(a) MATOC contractors. Additional information on the MATOC contractors may be found on our web site at: http://www.wfl.fhwa.dot.gov/contracting/construction/idiq/wa-area.htm Cates & Erb, Inc. Cat Works LLC CP Construction LLC Doyon Project Services Randolph Construction Services Saybr Contractors, Inc. WAKA Group Inc This project is anticipated to be solicited in July 2011 with a 15 day ad period. Work shall be completed by approximately September 16, 2011. Estimated PRICE RANGE: Under $500,000. This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Eligible small business firms; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business) : The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
