- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 2,961 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 2,575 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 3 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Corps of Engineers. The lease has been awarded to Arctangent LLC in Bountiful, Utah. Commencing July 01, 2011 through June 30, 2013, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $41,124.00 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $3,427.00 per month. The lease terms are set at 24 months/6 month firm. GSA may terminate this lease after January 1, 2012 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
