- Hobart Mixer The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Seagoville, Seagoville, Texas, is issuing solicitation RFQP05141100019 to make a single award to a responsible quoter for the provision a Hobart Legacy Planetary Mixer, model: HL 1400-1STD. The Government reserves the right to award based on price and other related factors that are advantageous to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333294. The solicitation will be available on or about July 8, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
