- Description
- The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an Order to ALPFA Association on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for Conference Fees to ALPFA Convention 2011. ALPFA is the only provider for the above listed Convention and Training. OCC has used the services provided by ALPFA in prior years. The purpose of ALPFA is to help build a pipeline for the Associate National Bank Examiner which requires Finance and Accounting. This Convention and Training is a more targeted focus on the Association of Hispanic CPA's where there are no other Hispanic associations specific to Finance and Accounting. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by July 18, 2011 by 12:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention B. Cooper/P. White A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
