NSNs: 1560-01-579-5383, Foam Segment, Explosive, DWG #: 26512 160D950825 AMEND NR B DTD 97 JUL 25; 1560-01-579-5337, Foam Segment, Explosive, DWG #: 26512 160D950824 AMEND NR A DTD 89 JUL 12; 1560-01-579-5377, Foam Segment, Explosive, DWG #: 26512 160D950826 AMEND NR B DTD 97 JUL 29; 1560-01-579-5331, Foam Segment, Explosive, DWG #: 26512 160D950827 AMEND NR B DTD 97 JUL 29; This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Government First Article testing applies to all of the NSNs. They all have export control certification requirement. These NSNs are not Critical Safety Items. They are critical application items and configuration controlled. This procurement will be awarded on an "all or none" basis. Soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and four option years. For all four NSNs the Estimated Annual Demand for all five years is 60 each, and there is a guaranteed minimum of 15 each for the base year only. The required delivery for all four NSNs is 211 days ARO. There is no Surge requirement for any of the NSNs. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. A copy of this solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue cited in the RFP. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
