- Solicitation for End Item: E-3 Aircraft, NSN 1560 01 091 4130, PR 0040972468, FAIRING, AIRCRAFT Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. Quantity: 17 each.. This procurement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside. NAICS is 336413. This is a full and open competitive procurement after exclusion of sources. FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Production delivery within 552 days ARO. Export control specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available from the Government. Boeing Rights Guard Apply. Government furnished mylars apply. Offerors must complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil or http://12.3.216.20/home on 11 JULY 2011.
