- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Contract financing will NOT be provided for this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. Quotations are being solicited and a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Purchase Order is anticipated. This solicitation is set-aside for service disabled veteran owned small business The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337127. Size Standard: 500 employees The solicitation number is W912JB-11-T-2002 and is issued as RFQ Request for Quotation A walk thru is scheduled for Wednesday July 13 at 10:00 a.m. and is highly recommended Quote all or none on the entire project Quotes to include shipping and installation charges (Fob destination pricing required) Description of commodity: HAWORTH only is requested due to the continuity of existing furniture throughout the Michigan Army National Guard.
