- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation N61340-11-R-0050 for the UH-1Y Flight Training Device (FTD) 2F196 spare parts is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular 05-52. The resultant contract will be awarded based on a Small Business Set Aside to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offeror that meets all the requirements outlined in this combined/synopsis solicitation. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334112 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. There will be one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for all items listed in Attachment 1 - Brand Name Spare and Repair Parts List and Attachment 2 - Brand Name or Equal Spare and Repair Parts List. All items listed in Attachment 1 shall match the brand name description identified within the attachment and have been justified in Justification and Approval Number_11_16513. All items listed in Attachment 2 are Brand Name or Equal pursuant to FAR 52.211-6. The CLIN will be described as UH-1Y FTD 2F196 Spare Parts, 1 LOT in the line item. The delivery date for the Spares CLIN will be no later than six months after contract award. All shipping is FOB destination.
