- AAC/PKOB, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for one (1) Dynamic RF Integrated Propagation Simulation System, to Eastern Optx, Inc. of Moorestown, NJ under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 14 July 2011. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: Dynamic RF Integrated Propagation Simulation System. Custom Built, commercial asset. Radio Link, 225 to 1850 MHz, 8 radio, 11 bit progressive delays with amplitude control. Configuration in accordance with line items 0001-0005. PN: 560A. Includes warranty valid from date of delivery for 12 months. Shipping included. Variable delay line (11 delays). PN: 561A-1. CLIN 0002: Option, Variable delay line (10 delays) 560A. PN: 561A-2 CLIN 0003: Option, System Controller, 560A. PN: 562A CLIN 0004: Option, Tri-Band Circulator. PN: 535B CLIN 0005: System integration for 560A, 47U rack with power distribution system and system control software. PN: 563A These items must be delivered to: 46 TS/OGEJ, F1T0CY, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 180 days after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334220, small business size standard: 750 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
