Description
Combined Solicitaton/Synopsis for Shipyard Maintenance for Debris Vessel BD-6 located at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Baltimore District Washington DC pier. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to perform work in accordance with the specifications of the contract. This requirement NAICS is 336611 and the size standard is 1000 Employees. It is currently set-aside for small businesses only. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractor's requests for this solicitation must be performed through FBO. Accounts may only be attained by CCR-registered contractors; you must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR) to receive a government contract award. You may register with the CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Jason.c.lewis@usace.army.mil Bids can be submitted via e-mail or mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, 10 South Howard Street, 7th floor, Room 7000, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. The solicitation will be available to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System ( https://www.fbo.gov/index ). To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here ( http://www.nab.usace.army.mil/EBS/FBO_Vendor_Guide.pdf ). Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
