- Solicitation Performance Work Statement This is a Commercial Purchase in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is attached to this announcement and quotes are being requested. All responses to this Solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ) must make reference to Solicitation Number FA2816-11-T-0008. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 05-36 dated 11 Aug 2009. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811490 with a standard size of $7 Million. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. In accordance with FAR Part 12, the contractor shall provide pricing for each contract line item. This project consists of fitness equipment repair and maintenance for Los Angeles Air Force Base and Fort MacArthur. The Performance Period for this project is 23 Sep 2011 - 22 Sep 2012 with four annual options. The evaluation criteria will be lowest price technically acceptable. Technically acceptable will be evaluated as a quote that meets all the Statement of Work requirements. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at http://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at https://orca.bpn.gov. There will be no paper copies of this solicitation available. The RFP will be released using the Electronic Posting System (EPS) available at http://www.fbo.gov. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time.
